Traps & Tripwires go off when I disarm them.

Every time I rry to disarm a tripwire, bathroom scale or whatever other means of a trap, I do disarm them (getting the ingredients and XP) but the devise the trap is connected to still goes off. With a laser tripwire, it's worse, in that the game immediately crashes to desktop when I try to disarm a laser tripwire.

 

At first glance, I don't have any mods installed that would influence the behaviour of traps, so, I'm a bit at a loss here. Does anybody have an inkling about what could cause such an effect?

Found what caused this. I forgot to install the Rename Power Armor mod main files while I had its add-on for DEF_UI active...
