Pickysaurus
So to confirm, you see the Vortex splash screen but after it disappears the app is no longer running? Are you able to get your Vortex.log file from Appdata\Roaming\Vortex ?

Pickysaurus
I suspect that something locally on the PC is preventing Vortex from opening. Potentially an overreaching anti-virus interfering with the Vortex application. You should have the AppData folder as it is required for Windows to operate, it's hidden by default though. Press Windows key + RType %appdata% (including the percentage signs).Find the Vortex folder and see if there's a file called Vortex.log

I think that is the problem.
