Can't download mods on Vortex?

Everytime I try to download a mod from nexusmods website onto Vortex, I get a download failed error. Here's the error: https://imgur.com/a/3FhPf6N

Can anyone please tell me what's up or how to solve this?

NB: I am not a premium user, neither did I enable any premium download setting, as far as I can tell I am still downloading from the free CDN server, and Nothing is wrong with my internet btw.

I'm having this happen too. I bought one month of premium and haven't been able to download since it expired. The site says Im downloading via the CDN network. I can download manually and add that way, but, it's a little frustrating and then there's missing formation.

@NaiRae, have you restarted Vortex since your membership expired? Vortex is probably still requesting downloads using the Premium API calls.

 

@sodapop, are you on the newest release of Vortex? This error is often connected to the earlier versions that no longer work with the Nexus Mods API as it's been updated.

I've restarted the program, yes, my entire pc has been restarted a handful of times while this error persists. :/

I'm having the same problem. Is there any sort of resolution?

 

*** Edit: Thought I was on the most recent version, but I was wrong. Working correctly now.
