I have Quest mods, environment mods, houses, pretty things, graphic improves lol the whole dam shabang! I do tend to stay away from Mechanic changes though like Intelligence modifiers and the like beside such essentials like Midas of course. I have two Oblivions one for testing and one for playing. I pretty much download what ever sounds good and run it through my testing Oblivion and if I like it and it works and adds to my game play (only a few do) then it goes to my Playing Oblivion, believe it or not being a Mod Pig (the only way to describe it!) I have been able to play all different forms of Oblivion almost since it came out and I haven't even started playing OOO mod yet which will need to be done separately to all other mods, as there is not many mods that offer compatibility.

For almost 3 months I had only one char at lvl 5....the rest are lvl 1. I only use them for testing.
Hey buddy, you're in luck because I had the EXACT same problem you have with your character(s). Here is what I use for testing my mods with various levels of characters: BETA Testing Characters
