kallekukhuve
Hello everytbody! This is my first post here!I installed Nernie's Thieves Grotto recently, and i noticed afterwards that i had alot of missing textures on vanilla beer and winebottles (everywhere in game, not just in the pirate town). When i checked the corresponding .nif files in the folders they were pointing to textures that didnt exist. So I just changed them to correct textures and the problem is gone. Then i saw some tapestries also missing textures. And that was also everywhere in game. The problem is the files are lowerclasstapestry19-21, and they dont have any corresponding textures. What is this all about? Do i have to install Oblivion again? It cannot be that some mod i installed has deleted textures from the Oblivion .bsa texture file!
Oblivionaddicted
To fix the problem, open the textures bsa, extract them to their vanilla folder way and associate the nifs to these folder ways. The textures might not always display the best way but it should do the job.
Striker879
When you were looking at the wine and beer bottles in NifSkope did you notice if they started out as absolute texture paths (e.g. starting with C:\Program Files\... or similar)? When i opened the nifs to see what textures were missing, those textures did not exist in the extracted textures folders....
