Stuck in T-Pose, none of the fixes on here work! SOS

Hi all,

I've been modding skyrim for a long while now and, after wiping clean and re-modding fresh, I have all of the mods I want. I booted up the game and found that all NPC's and myself are stuck in the infamous "t-pose" that many other users have seemed to be stuck with.

Solutions that have been offered were to re-run FNIS, install XPMSE, and update animation files but none of these have solved my issue.

If anyone can help I would be forever grateful. The T-pose on everyone makes this game pretty unplayable, and while I'm excited that I can finally play this game without crashing, the T-pose is just the worst. And its not a "full T" with 90° armpits, but more like a static model with wide-arms down by the side. Idk if that last bit is relevant, but i wanna share everything i know.

to do spoilers you type spoiler inside two brackets [spoiler ] (I added a space after the R so you could see it, otherwise you want to remove the space between the R and the ] bracket.

 

then you type another [ and then /spoiler (with the forward slash, followed by another ] like [/spoiler ] (again remove the space between the R and ] )

You probably just confused PCEA with PCEA2. These are 2 different things. Delete either one or the other. Having PCEA - 0 - DG and DB DLC - All Races.esp without the PCEA patch is causing t-pose.
