rogerpenna
I was thinking the other day of making mods based on Monty Python sketches/movies. Like having a new building on Whiterun or Solitude. With a sign "Cheese Shop". You enter the building and this band is playing music inside. You talk with the shop owner and the dialogue follows closely with the original sketch (but maybe with some Elder Scrolls things thrown in... like instead of refering to a cheese from a specific Earth location, it refers to a cheese from a specific Nirn location... or mamooth cheese). Then in the end of course, you need to kill the shop owner. Not much of a quest really... more just comical relief and replaying those great sketches in Skyrim´s enviroment. Maybe could add a quest or two, like having to fetch some mammoth cheese... or maybe "the dead Dragon sketch"... where you buy this dragon, which the seller assures you that is sleeping, only to discover "This dragon is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!!He's f*ckin' snuffed it!..... THIS IS AN EX-DRAGON!!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npjOSLCR2hE or maybe a full quest based on the Holy Grail movie, including killer bunnies and holy grenades :) what you guys think of the idea? fleabittendog
An angry rabbit with the stats of an Elder Dragon might be interesting. Would have to include a sanctified Nuka grenade from FNV though.

tetradite
haha, how about "always look at the bright side of life"? I think M'aiq would be better for that one ;)
steve40
How about instead of having horses, you pretend to ride while your follower bangs coconut shells together? And there could be trolls at each bridge asking riddles about swallows to let you pass. And there could be a witch burning scene.Oh, and don't forget the knights who say "nic". Galacticat42
Although that is Monty Python, the Holy Grail movie is only a miniscule portion of what that group has made. There's hundreds of sketches that stretch from funny to wtf bizarre and the Life of Brian movie.
steve40
Yes, but Holy Grail, Jabberwocky and possibly Life of Brian would be more suited to the Skyrim environment. Edited July 6, 2012 by steve40
tetradite
I had the Monty Python game for the Amiga. Or maybe ST. It was awesome. Gonna have to find me an emulator now.
