Hyaenidae
Does anyone know of a way to play skyrim and alt-tab? If I alt tab back to skyrim (doing the double alt tab trick) it still shows the mouse cursor and messes it up.
washerw2
I find Alt-Tab into any active Window, then closing them all using the [big X top right] drops me back into Skyrim with a no mouse pointer.
AltreU
I've found the trick is after tabbing out the first time, tab in once, move the mouse in the middle of the screen until it disappears, then tab back to the game. Works for me.
Septfox
I've found that switching to Skyrim, Alt-tabbing to something else, then switching to it a second time works reliably. Switching back to it, then holding Alt and tabbing through your open windows until Skyrim is selected again might work as well, I don't remember. Haven't run "proper" fullscreen in a long time. Best to just grab a fake-fullscreen "mod", if you plan on switching out a lot. The game automatically pauses when the window isn't focused, and since it's technically in windowed mode, switching back and forth between it and other stuff is much faster and trouble-free. ElvhenWrath
What I do is Shift+tab (to access the Steam community) then alt+tab to look at something THEN I click the Skyrim bar thing on the toolbar then alt+tab it to Skyrim again. Always works for me.
dice17
I always Hold Alt then Tab twice to get back to Skyrim. So I don't get that double mouse cursor problem :)
erickinchains
I came here looking for a solution, and in the meanwhile i found a way to solve the problem here. I left briefly the cursor over the left edge, so it disappear and i can click at the game screen again. Always works.
