DrWarde
Title. I really, really like how much more responsive and not lagged the mouse and movement feel when I set it to 0, but the screen tearing is real bad, and I run like sanic.
DrWarde
ok, I capped my fps to 60 in the _default.ini and the screen tearing is gone, but now i'm even faster I think.
dubiousintent
It appears you solved your problem, but for lurkers: Please see 'Issue: Vsync (V-Sync) ON or OFF' under the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. -Dubious-

dubiousintent
Oh! I misread that post. (Thanks for pointing that out, KiCHo666.) The problem is the "player" is moving too fast? That's unrelated to the "screen tearing" from what I know. Sounds more like 'Issue: NPCs and Creatures are moving at "hyper-speed"' in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. -Dubious-
JimboUK
You need to disable it in the Fallout.ini found in Documents\My Games\FalloutNV, also leave it disabled in the _default one so it doesn't get undone.
