Bigvaughn
Ladies and gentlemen, I have fixed the issue. All textures work fine. Solution: You don't need to uninstall any mods so don't have a panic attack if you're load order is thicc* - I'm using the steam version of New Vegas so this might not work for other versions.Step 1 - Disable archive invalidation Step 2 - Delete all instances of Fallout.ini, FalloutCustom.ini, Fallout_default.ini. and FalloutPrefs.ini.Step 3 - Verify game via steam Step 4 - Wait for steam to reinstall any missing filesStep 5 - Run New Vegas once through steam then again launch FalloutNVLauncher as an administratorStep 6 - Reactivate archive invalidation Step 7 - Launch NVSE through your mod launcher (In my case FOMM) To the masses of people in the comment section of body replacers that can't get them to work I hope you find this. Mktavish
Thank you for documenting the steps of deleting the fallout.ini and then revalidating Steam install ... then reusing Archive invalidation. Sounds like a logical process . Add edit : by the way ... archive invalidation is not something that needs disabled. It is something that needs to run it's one time frame , and then again , again , again ... by way of turning if off then on. It is just a theory of mine ... but what it does is not always checking thel directory paths. But one time when you click "apply" to look at all the files in load list ... resetting thier pathways ... and it seems other things for AI like where to restart a patrol.
