Need help again

So same issue as last time except now im really puzzled... all i had to do to fix this last time was uninstall the Priestess armor mod but now no matter what i uninstall the game will not start and sometmes when i try toi delte a mod it says the app is running and i cant.. heres my list

again.. skyrim goes as far as first popup menu and then freezes.. no idea why as LOOT is detecting no issues. please help

I have since removed open cities and RKS overhauls & made a bashed patch. still no result, believe it or not for some reason INNITIALLY before I downloaded Apachi hair mods, matching followers Touring carriages & followers can relax.. everything worked fine. then I excited skyrim to download said follower mods.. and that's when everything got weird. originally it gave me an error screen saying my "Fniswander2" file wasn't discoverable but it was in my directory. still no luck. thanks for the help!

Sorry I guess I posted it under the wronbg thread... im really new to these forums. the good news is I figured out there is a conflict with Alarys and one of my mods that prevented it from launching... im sorry ijf I posted under the wrong thread I just assumed cause it said ""mod troubleshooting" it included mods within vortex... apologies...

Nope, it doesn't say "Mod Troubleshooting" anywhere, it says "Vortex - Vortex Support"
