I read somewhere that if you have 5 unassigned raiders they will stop coming. I got settlements with 7 lazy ass dudes and they still keep coming. Any sound advice that doesn't require a lot of effort? Maybe a mod to help me out? I want to be in control over who goes where, not the game.
