Which Character Overhaul Mod

I'm installing mods for Skyrim Special Edition and want a mod that generally makes the ugly NPCs of Skyrim look better. Both Total Character Makeover and WICO look good, but I also want to use Ethereal Elven Overhaul with whatever I choose, so I also want to know which one is compatible with it or how to make them work with it.

The best thing to do is to read the description pages for each of those Mods.

They usually list Compatibilities/Incompatibilities with each of the mods you mentioned because people ask those questions all the time.

Also, be sure to read any stickies or FAQs the Mod Authors have posted in the comment sections of their threads, I guarantee your questions are already answered on those pages.
