Broken FX?

Hello internet, I don't know what would be causing this bug but, it's pretty ugly and definitly doesn't help my immersion. Anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Can't view the pics without Permission.

Can't view the pics but I can say that I already see one mistake: you have elfx-exteriors installed allong with a weather mod (Vivid weathers) so if your problem is black lines in the air that's the cause.
If not I suggest either way to reinstall elfx without exterior lights (wich is the adviced thing to do when you use weather mods)

Unrelated but since Vivid weathers there have been many great weather mods that look 100 times better.. (in my personal opinion Vivid is the worst at the moment but people see it first when they search for mods based on downloads so they don't know of any others)

I fixed the link so the pics should be viewable now. But your description of my problem sounds accurate. I actually saw that advisory on ELFX and thought I had heeded it. I will do a reinstall and make sure it is unchecked.

 

And vivid weathers is just a habit of mine. I never thought to switch it. Thanks for the suggestion!

That didn't fix the problem. I tried removing ELFX altogether and I am still experiencing these weird visuals any time there is an FX on the screen
