Mktavish
You have a base-id object selected from the object window , before you click View > Preview window ???... of which might need to re click between what you do with the shaders window. Never used that one myself though ... so could be something with that. How about the preview window on the objects window , does it have one ?Can you view other objects without crashing ? I know some objects will crash the geck when trying to preview them , not sure of the why though. Sorry if I'm not much help.
GamerRick
Oh. So that is just the same thing as doing R-Click--Preview on an object. I thought it was something else. Duh for me. I don't know why it crashed when I did it that way or what I was doing in the Object window at the time. I was trying to find out what the M# and T# numbers on the render window mean, and do other efficiency checks on my cell, and, since there is no info on them, was reading what little info Bethesda did bother to give us on their Wiki.
