techinical problem- please read

I wasn't exactly sure where I should post this, but here goes.

I recently decided to play Oblivion again on the xbox 360, and for some reason my character cannont gain levels, and still remains a lvl 1 altho I am able to gain skill, cb, etc. That is required to advance. When looking to see my progress til next lvl the bar is full and yet I remain a lvl 1? Anyone know a fix for this without having to start all over? It is making it very hard to follow thru the quest line bc of the amount of health I have :(. Thanks for any help provided!

i gotta be honest. most people here are PC players. and even more so, most people here who play Oblivion play it on PC, even if they have a console.

 

i dont play Oblivion nor do i have the 360, so i can only suggest common solutions. I assume this is the vanilla version of Oblivion as console modding in any way isnt supported on these forums (or legally at all lol) but the only thing i can say, is start a new game and see what happens. if it doesnt work, try deleting all Oblivion data on your 360 and start over. and if that still doesnt work, see if you can trade it in for another copy or something.

Like Hoof said, this IS a PC MODs forum and few of us bother with xbox - Mods are not allowed on the xbox so we don't pay it much attention. You probably won't find much help here. You should do much better on a site that caters to your console game.
