You will need to identify which mod is causing it and then use How to fix broken voices after installing some kind of mods. Oblivionaddicted Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 Sorry i don't understand. I don't have voices with many npc, only very few i hear speak. Lips moving do they often, especially when i want to raise my standing with them.My aim is not to give you speaking NPC's but make their lips move while speaking so you can see their text during a longer time and since it's always more immersive than seeing the text while the NPC's lips remain shut.
