Deleted4404112User
I think it would be nice if you could actually sit down in a class and listen to an instructor which would raise your skills depending on which magic school you were listening to. Veloc1ty
To start with I really like your idea of creating a school of witchcraft and wizardy! With all the spell-mods out there which each add tons and tons of new spells without a story behind it I've been asking myself why noone creates a mod which actually provides the player with some magic background in order to make the player feel like a wizard. Therefore the first step would be to allow the player to aquire new spells not just by buying them but by learning them in exchange of - for example - some ritual, experiment or quest. So my first idea would be to create some sort of spell-crafting-system which - for example - demands that the player has to attend certain lectures in order to gain the needed knowledge for a new spell followed by let's say gathering certain ingredients (similar to the mod "midas magic"). Once collected the player would have to throw them into some sort of magic gadgetry which then creates the new spell. In addition you could use these mechanics for players who want to aquire the new perks provided by your magic mod. Just by adding these kinds of feature you would deliver so much more immersion within the game and allow the player to feel like a wizard who's earning his power & spells by putting some effort & time in it. WLionheart
maybe you should place creatures like slenderman or any creepy dangerous fantasy creature that you can find in forbidden forests . Just throwing it out , i mean really who would listen in a game to "Don't go to the forbidden forest for great evil lurks their!" . We all known we'd say "Screw that I'm going in" . The forest needs a reason to be forbidden just going in there to kill whatever is just dull make it hard to get out by just getting creature X into death's stance and get the hell out of there

Waterearth745
One thing that I loved about the college and so disappointed in was when Tolfdir gave me the lesson in wards. If you could have the teachers do something like that at the new school that would be cool.
