Not all my mods are on skyrim

so on my vortex under the games tabs, it says i have 95 mods active for Skyrim with no conflicts. However when i launch the game and i open the data files at the in game launcher for skyrim, not all of my mods are showing up causing them not to be in the game when i go to play

Mods active is not the same as mods Deployed. The game only sees mods which have been Deployed.

If you do use the Deploy button, you should see them on the Vortex Plugins page, as Enabled.

Yeah, you're better to check your load order from Vortex's plugins tab rather than the game launcher.
