What files are contained in the default Data/Interface folder?

I deleted the files in the Data\Interface folder. Fixing it with steam does not fix the problem, so I've resorted to doing it manually. I've been googling for hours trying to find a list of the files (not even a download, just the dang names!) that are in there by default. That's all really, just need the names of the files and I'll be on my way. This is turning out to be a very big annoyance and I would appreciate any help.

There you go, that's everything inside the complete fresh vanilla skyrim data folder from a fresh install. It includes the High Texture Pack DLC files.

Since you specifically wanted to know about the txt file in the Interface folder I'll copy it to pastebin for you.

Heya guys, I can't make a new form so i was wondering. Vortex or something has misplaced my skyrim - interface.bsa file and I need a new one, but I can't find anywhere to get it, should I just re-download skyrim or do you have a link for a copy of the file I can download? sorry for the trouble

The only file that anyone can give you is for a vanilla game, as Keldrath has given you. Any other files that are in the interface folder are put there by individual mods so no one can give you anything more than that without knowing your mod load. And even then you would have to know which mods are putting files in that folder.
