Hi I'm new

Hi, I'm new and don't see how I can download a game (Skyrim) or choose mod? I wanna play a flying game, with wings on my character, I watched some videos and saw wings on Nephilim and Succubus races, so I wanna try some of them. What should I do/choose to start playing? Must I pay prior to playing or can have a free trial for some time?

The first thing you will need to do is purchase the game of Skyrim itself, As for the mods this is a free to use site. You might want to download and use one of the mod managers for using mods. Either the Nexus Mod Manager or Vortex. This also is free. They can install the mods and help with activating them. It's all really quite easy.

What means "purchase the game Skyrim itself"? Like it's once and forever? I saw a page offering me to buy packages for some time, e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, permanent etc. Is it what you mean by buying the game?

There is an mmo, elder scrolls online that may have packages, but that is not skyrim.
