Why was awarhero ban?

Hi, am new here. I wanted to build a Japanese-style town that actually playable and Awarhero some stuff that I need for the creation.
I read that he was banned for using peoples work without permission.

 

I afraid of using any of his stuff because I don't which one it was. Does anyone know?

Also, will I get ban if I create whatever-it-is from scratch which almost similar to whatever he had used?

You will not be banned for making something similar or like someone else's mod as long as any asset that isused has the correct permissions and/or were made by you.

You can do whatever you want in your game.

 

The only time that you might get a ban would be to upload to the Nexus a mod that you have done using other peoples work without their permission.

With that in mind, if you read the Forum Rules and Warnings, people are usually issued a formal warning and the files are removed from the Nexus.
