LE Npc find shelter when rain

It's funny when skyrim is raining and the npc is still acting like it was a beautiful sunny day and doing their own things..

i thought of idea that if someone could make a mod that make the npc find shelter/get back home during raining day ..

im not sure myself if its possible of making this type of mod but this is just a suggestion : )

Yes, I thought about this as well. The ocean is coming down and Faendal is out collecting firewood in his own pace

But Yes, That would be very interesting to have as a mod. Maybe something like even adding umberllas or something.

I mean Torches are taken out when its dark by any NPC holding one in inventory, Why not Umbrellas or something. When its raining?

along those lines, how about a frostfall/hypothermia/WIC/cloaks compatability that makes npcs wear protective clothes when its blizzarding like a bastard? that one drives me nuts. but yea def, id love to see them take shelter from rain. and dragons for that matter
