I already tried:

Add the .dll file

Add some writings in the .ini file

Remove somethings in the .ini file

Add the Error Corrections files

Change the compatibility to XP (SP1 SP2 & SP3), Vista (SP1 & SP2)

Run as administrator

Re-install the game like tons of times

But i still get the same issue.

My spec:

Mac Mini

Processor

2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

Memory

8GB

Graphics

Intel HD Graphics 3000 processor with 768MB

Windows 7 Ultimate N 32 bit (Boot Camp).

I also download a wine wrapper for the game so I can play it on Mac OS.

But the game crashes when i hit the new game button. Theres something wrong with the wine they said.

Please help me with my problems. Either one (win or mac) i would be thankful.

Here is your problem: Intel HD Graphics 3000 processor with 768MB. Also, system requirement for the CPU is 2.4GHz. You are a little short there. Combined with the weak GPU, it would appear that you do not have the equipment necessary to run the game properly.

But this guy can play it smoothly...

description:

This Game runs just perfect on my Mac mini 2011, Basic configuration:

Core i5 2.3Ghz

2Gb RAM

Intel HD 3000 288Mb

The game is set "High"

Antialiasing and Anisotropic both OFF(Anisotropic up to 4-8)

1280x1024 resolution.

The game by itself dose not run on this computer, need some extra files(d3d9.dll) and some easy hack on configuration file of the game, after that who need ATI.

You should start your own thread ... list your specs, version of the game, load order etc etc ... No experienced troubleshooter can give decent advise without the basics :O It would be foolish to think buying a higher end computer would solve your problems. In my personal experience Fallout 3 is one of the buggiest games I've ever dealt with, especially with Win7/64bit and high-end Quad Cores and above ... long story and all is fine now with the help of this forum ... but if you want expert advice, you need to provide more info ... none of us are mind readers :)
