slow/capped downloads in mo2, vortex and manual

I've come back for another break of modding and noticed my dl speeds seem stuck at around 2.5 to 3 mbps. My manual dl speed is also the same speed. also i do have lifetime premium.

 

ookla speed test is showing 115 down 11 up

 

my actual dl speed is around 12mbps

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

 

If you're getting >2MB/s download, then we are not limiting you and it's more likely related to the connection to the server from your location.

 

Could you try downloading a file manually and clicking on the different USA servers (shown below) in order to see if you get better speed from a particular one?

 

 

If you find you get better speeds from one of the servers you can update your preferences to use that server as the default when downloading:

If you're still having issues, how long ago did you notice it was slower than you expected? What speed do you normally get?
