In my experience you just gotta be patient and let it load slowly. And yes sometimes it can even take 30 minutes but it shouldn't be that long if you have a reliable PC. Mine isn't.

Yeah all this didnt work either. Mine isnt called SkyrimEditor.ini its just Skyrm.ini and Skyrm2.ini and a prefs .ini

SkyrimEditor.ini is in the Steam Skyrim directory (...Steam\Steamapps\Common\Skyrim) not in the My Games Skyrim directory.

@Sallyo For Se your SkyrimEditor is called CreationKit that is the ini file. It is located wherever you installed skyrim. It sits together with the Skyrim SE Application/Launcher

 

click on it or edit it using notepad. then under [General] add these lines:

 

bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1

bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1

 

under [Archive] add:

 

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
