CTD when entering the city of Whiterun

I started a new game and was overall very stable. I got through the first couple hours with minimal issues. I came and went from Whiterun multiple times, then suddenly it would crash. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it. I removed all mods and it still crashed with a new save. I verified the game cache and then tried a fresh install If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Here's the load order I had when it happened

When you say "I removed all mods..." did you mean that you actually un-installed them, or just disabled them in your mod organizer? Because if you un-installed them, you've most likely corrupted your game saves badly. If so, time for a new game.

 

Anyway, I don't see any obvious conflicts with your mods. It MIGHT be a mod calling out to a missing dependency when you enter Whiterun, but that seems unlikely. Please list your rig's CPU, RAM and GPU (especially type and GBs of memory in your GPU.) You might simply be overloading your VRAM when you try to enter Whiterun. You DO have quite a few VRAM hungry texture mods there. Add that to the scripts that fire off the first time you enter Whiterun (e.g. the scene between Idolof Battle-Born and Adrienne) and it might simply be too much for your rig to handle.

 

Oh, and list your rig's PSU brand and rating as well. You would be amazed at the number of issues that can be traced back to a weak no-name PSU powering an otherwise OK rig...

try fast travel to dragonsreach i played skyrim le and i had problems fast traveling to whiterun like black screen infinite loop. But i didnt have no problem what so ever when i fast travel to dragonsreach. its probley a mod that altered the marketplace center in whiterun or something
