knees fell into shin

Hello, I just started a new game and noticed a nasty problem. The previous character is also reflected. I see no reason to explain everything in the screenshot.I tried to change the animation, nothing has changed.

I tried to clean the folders Meshes one by one, the problem is probably not in them.

The legs below the knee just went up a little.
It seems to me that I have corrupted some of the game files, due to the fact that I installed HDT high heels (legendary edition) on an error, after I deleted it immediately. But that was before the new game.
Who has any thoughts?

I presume you've LOOTed.

Do you use a mod manager? If so, try disabling all your mods and see if characters look normal. If so, re-enabe 10 at a time. I know that's really a tedious way to zero in on a mod conflict, but it's all I can think of now.

I tried to delete the entire folder from the meshes, and also to start the game without skse, the animation worked fine, but the character’s legs were below the knees, as if not his, there were small artifacts on his lap.

Moreover, today I noticed that when wearing high-heeled shoes, the animation works fine.

Sorry, I don't understand English very well.

What should I do 10 times?

I meant a manual way of checking for mod conflicts. It's slow, but it WILL help you locate mods that are conflicting in some way, causing your problem.

If you are using a mod organizer (like NMM) -click on the plugins tab (or whatever is similar if you use a different mod organizer.) Now disable all of your plugins (mods) EXCEPT for Skyrim.esm, Update.esm the DLCs (Hearthfire.esm, Dawnguard.esm and Dragonborn.esm) and the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp.

Now load into a save in a vanilla area (don't load into a custom house that you've just disabled.) You'll get a warning about the missing plug-ins. Ignore it and load in. Now examine the character with the leg/skeleton problem. Still bad? Probably have a corrupted game. You might need to re-install and your saves might not be usable.

If the character's legs are good, exit the game, re-enable 10 mods, then load in again. Keep doing this until suddenly the character's legs are bad again. NOW you know (within 10 mods) at least one of the mods are causing a problem. Disable those 10 again and re-enable only one at a time (and load back into the game each time) to find out which mod is the problem. It's time consuming, but it will pin-point a mod conflict (if you have one.)

Maybe the problem is connected to some high-heel mod. Don't know much about those (I rarely use any high-heel boots). I think, looking at high-heel mods (if you have any) or in general mods changing female animations might be a good idea.

A look at the pictures might confirm this "high-heel"/female animations idea: The character's feet seem to partly "sink" into the ground - which can also be an issue with high-heel animation and stuff. I had something similar in my game some time ago. In my case the culprit was a certain mod for female idle animations (forgot which one precisely).

So in addition to the advice given by LeddBate: Maybe start with mods changing/adding animations and/or adding anything "high-heel" related first. Disable them one by one (or in larger packs), then test.
