Fallout 4 Weird Issues

Hello guys. It's me again. I'm here to report that I have been experiencing numerous weird issues regarding Fallout 4 and am looking for a solution to fix them.

 

Let me preface this by saying that I have a lot of mods installed, the vast majority of which affect the textures of various objects in the game.

Now, I will go over the issues that I have had up to this point in as much detail as I can.
1.) Missing/disappearing textures.
For a while now I have been experiencing a bug which causes various textures in the game to disappear and re-appear based on the angle at which they were viewed. Roads would disappear, houses would go missing, same with porches and just about every element of Diamond City market.
I quickly discovered that the solution to this was to copy the line, bUsePreCulledObjects=0 into my Fallout4.ini file. This, initially, was a great success. My Diamond City textures came back, the roads, houses and porches would not disappear, and all was well. However, there are two problems with using this line.
The first is that it causes other textures, mainly those indoors, to have the same issue. The only indoor textures that I have noticed were affected by this bug are the textures inside of the room in the Museum of Freedom in Concord, in the room with the colonial soldier mannequins who repeat pre-recorded lines, as well as the room adjacent. I have not seen any other textures affected by this bug, although removing the line seemed to fix the issue. My current playthrough is the first playthrough in which I have noticed this issue.
The second manifests itself in the beginning, as well as in any attempt to access Vault 111. In the beginning, when the player initially descends into the Vault via the elevator, the character does so on an invisible platform, which still functions as normal. However, when I try to escape the Vault, the elevator does not come down and I find myself trapped within the Vault's confines. This is game-breaking but can be fixed by removing the additional line in the Fallout4.ini file.
2.) Weird... loading screen issue?
My current playthrough is the only playthrough in which I have noticed this issue. In fact, I have only noticed it about 20 minutes ago. I was walking around Concord and suddenly, my screen froze, the visuals became sharper and a loading screen symbol appeared in the lower-right corner. After a few seconds, the game was back to normal. However, it happened twice after that. (Unfortunately, I lost the print screen that I made, although I'll try to get it again to better illustrate my point).

Nvidia graphics card? Might try this:

 

Go to the nvidia control panel, then select (manage 3d settings). Next go to the program settings tab and select fallout 4 in ( select a program to customize). Then turn on antialiasing -fxaa. Next put antialiasing-mode to (enhance the applications settings). Then put antialiasing settings to (4x). Antialiasing in the fallout 4 options when launching the game is set to TAA (Best Quality).....

I did what you asked and uninstalled the mod that I mentioned. It stopped the weird glitch with the loading screen symbol, but that room in the Museum is still glitchy and transparent. :(
