Is there a way to become a vampire/werewolf hybrid with no issues?

(I post this here since it may contain some spoilers for the Dawnguard and Companions storylines)

From what I've read, it's possible to do through a glitch, but it blocks off certain abilities or something. I don't know what said glitch is anyway. I have the Sacrosanct mod, and I don't know if that changes anything with that. I know that I can infinitely become a vampire lord after a certain quest on the Dawnguard with Serana unless I cure her, and supposedly Aela will only let me turn back into a werewolf once.

Is there any way to become a hybrid without missing out on something? Of course, that's not including the fact the Dawnguard won't let me continue their quest line while I'm a vampire.

Not without a mod, as far as I know. There is one for that, called Tainted Blood.

There is always the method of just cheating and using the console to give yourself the spells for werewolf/vampire lord. No, the game won't recognize you as a "werewolf and/or vampire" if you do it that way, but it's fun if you just want the ability to choose what kind of killing machine you morph into.

Player.addspell xx00283b for Vampire Lord

use the command "psb" and you will have all spells and shouts. be wary, some spells and shouts doesn't work correctly, only choose spells with "normal names" and "normal effects" don't choose the weird one.
