You can't remove some objects, but you can move them around." It is my understanding from researching this issue that even moving an object around will break precombines. I agree that Jenncave's mods are amazing and have been using them for a long time. As for the downtown area, I just don't build there any longer because of the lag/fps issues. If I do, I just build on top of everything and do not delete anything. As for using Scrap Everything, yeah it will kill performance in that settlement cell but I accept that when I am settlement building. It should not impact the rest of the Commonwealth however. I do believe my stuttering issue is heat related so I need to look into that. I have under volted my CPU. The under volting of the CPU has dramatically dropped my temps for that and increased its performance but my lagging/stuttering throughout the Commonwealth remains.
