PLEASE Remove Combat Armor Belt

First... there's this mod:

But... it takes away the decals on the combat armor. I love the decals.

 

I'd like the belt removed, but to keep the decals. Is that possible? What if I have a mod that changes the decals to different images than vanilla?

 

Other options might be okay, too. Like just removing the canteen from the belt. I'd be open to that.

Also note that that mod only works for the male armor. The female version still has the belt pouches and canteen. Likely the author accidentally packaged up the wrong set, but 5 years later it's not likely to get fixed.
