Vortex can't deploy or uninstall mods.

So I was modding skyrim as usual with vortex, and I noticed, for no apparent reason, the plugins kept disabling as soon as I started skyrim. So I closed skyrim, and entered vortex, and I was confused as the mods themselves were shown as enabled, but the plugins were disabled. So I enabled each and every plugin, and started skyrim again. The same thing happens again. This repeats itself 3 times, before I decide to start the game in admin mode as I looked online. Then, vortex proceeds to tell me not to do this. I ignore the notice, but then I decide to close vortex. Then, I tried uninstalling games. A red notice appeared at the notification corner and told me "Failed to remove mod." the mod would appear as disabled. I put the mod back to enabled. It says enabled, but the notification box says "Failed to deploy mods." This thoroughly confused me, and I took to the web, but upon finding no answer or fix, I decided to look at the files. The files appear to be in the same place, although I don't know (I ain't hackerman) The directory in vortex shows downloads and mods are staged on C:\. I really don't know whats going on. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Running Vortex in Admin mode, makes you have to "take back" your files and folder that Vortex manages, because you ran it as an Admin.

I did that too, ONCE, and had to spend a while taking back "Ownership" of all the folders and database etc.

There's a reason that it tells you not to run it as an admin.
