Correcting ENB

Hi, I wanted to play a necromancer in a dark world, so I installed this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4690

It is great, however has 2 things I don't like and I want to ask if you know what to tweak in the enb files.
1: Too much bloom (that I managed to reduce) and too much light reflection on characters (I don't know how to fix):

2: The illumination is poor at the exterior, for example in this case I want more visible details on the general:

i would say play around with settings in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\enbseries

open the enbeffectpostpass.fx

try disabling some effects, as this looks like an effect.

it looks like vignette (the grainy effect you can see in the images), and some other effects are enabled, as well as excessive depth of field (blur)

as for the lighting on the characters (the 2 stormcloaks in the primary image), i believe that is subsurface scattering (does not look good because of the enb in question, however genrally its meant to look realistic, as in pink textures in certain light conditions, to emulate real skin, but i could be thinking of a different effect). which will be found in the Enbseries.ini file, in skyrim root folder.
