AureliusOfRome
Hello! After succesfully enabling all mods and not merge them and starting the game successfully, I wanted to decide to merge them again (Because It's more space, I won't add anything). The problem is If I do merge them it causes an CTD. I suspect it's one of the mods. Can someone please tell me which one could cause the issues? Deleted58783396User
could be a mod conflict, you will need to open your bash patch in SSEEdit, then check for conflicts, opening the bash patch will also load all mods that it has merged. right click on any mod, and select apply filter for cleaning, once it finished, check all records with Red Text and Or Background Red Text and Or Background = Mod Conflict, this will cause issues. ranging from CTDs to Mod Overrides

AureliusOfRome
So I just checked it, and it looks it gonna be the most frustrating part of the modding experience. Lots of red highlights and text, mods that barely should change anything, changes basically some unrelated cell, dialogue etc. This is gonna take a long time. Again thank you, I'm grateful for your help! Edited March 8, 2019 by tothmark0529
Deleted58783396User
definitely frustrating, mainly because it is time consuming, and requires you to know how all of your chosen mods work, and interact with each other, but this is real modding right here, once you fix all conflicts, your game stability will greatly improve, granting a very long healthy game  and should you run in to any errors after ensuring all of your mods work in perfect harmony, the issue would be narrowed down quite a bit. so it will be relatively much easier to solve. as mods troubleshooting is much harder especially with a massive setup, especially due to unforseen issues and conflicts. so now your options are as follows (specific conflicts will require different approaches) 1. Load Order Sorting - this will solve quite a few problems. 2. Patch for Mods in question 3. elimination of the mod. these would be mods that delete stuff, such as navmeshes, cell edits, world space edits, etc etc. either delete them, or clean them, but mods that delete content is very high risk.
