Wulcy
I'm curious to hear about stories about people who have gotten the max amount of mods (~255) to work seamlessly with their load order. The best texture mods, armor mods, weapon mods, open cities, wet and cold, climates, etc... I'd love to hear the best success stories after days (or even weeks) of horrible frustration to make them work.
Deleted58783396User
500 active mods back in oldrim days (literal mods as in ESP and ESM files, merged). could probably get even more to work in SE but i just dont feel it necessary, 255 is plenty enough, back in the oldrim days i just wanted to see how many i could get working, was a very good learning experience, to try and get an excessive amount of mods to work simultaneously, however due to shear amount of mods, the only thing that destroyed it in the end was save bloat, due too many mods being scripted, not too mention that oldrim is very unstable to begin with. but with that said that extremely heavily modified game did last a good few months, but likewise also took several months to get it to work. however we are talking a few years ago, i have learnt a hell of a lot more since then, due to a lot of self teaching and experience (as i am heavily self taught). in direct reply to topic title.
