Pherion Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 (edited) I've ran into a problem with my creation kit and I'm hoping someone here knows the solution. Basically I can't see all the objects in the render window. I'm making a costal cliff of sorts using various rocks and things of the sort and then out of nowhere I stopped seeing the big rocks. Their still there as I can select them and I can see them in game. But on the render window they don't show up and it's like placing rocks in the dark since I can't see them. And this is a bit critial part of the mod, it really needs all those rocks. I'm wondering if there is something that might fix this as this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance! Xenogeist Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 (edited) Saving and reloading your mod doesn't help? It happens to me sometimes, especially in outdoor areas. The Creation Kit tutorial has this to say: You "may" need to press F5 to load the render window if it looks like everything didn't load in correctly. This can sometimes happen in both Interior and Exterior cells. You will also need to press F5 to load cells in the exterior if you want to explore around in the editor. Pherion Posted August 4, 2012 Author Posted August 4, 2012 Thanks! It actually works! Thank you so much!
Xenogeist Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 You're very welcome. I'm glad I could help.
Ironman5000 Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 If you edit one cell, move to another, then return, some objects like mountains, cliffs, imperial towers, dwemer objects, will become invisible (don't ask me why) but if you make sure to click the render window and press F5 it will refresh the window and they will return
