I don't know why my Skyrim Se SKSE (new version) is having CTD

Hello, good evening, i'm having a CTD crash everytime i:

- Walk in front of Alvor's House on Riverwood;

- talk with a non vanilla NPC (like from "Travelers of Skyrim" or "Populated Cities")

I don't know what is causing my game to crash, i reinstalled Skyrim and installed the newest SKSE version, but about 2 months ago i was playing it nice and with the SAME load order, any help?

I also cleaned all the dirty plugins and Loot says there are no dirty plugins and no warnings too, by theory its everything all right but the game is crashing.

LOOT will not 100% problem solve your game, all it can do is advise on dirty mods and give a decent base load order (which is still not 100%), however this only solves Half of the Problem,

 

Mod Conflicts are the Other Half of the Problem, which are more often than not the cause for issues in game, CTDs being 1 of the very highlights.

 

Open all of your mods in xEdit, and see if their is any mod in Red, if so then you have conflicts, which very much sounds like this would be the cause to the very specific crashes in Question

 

Download xEdit: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/164

 

Open it - Click on Ok - Right Click on any mod and click on Apply Filter for Cleaning - wait for it finish then Take Note of All Mods in RED

 

then post here the mods that are in Red, and i will advise further.

As Far as I know the latest version of xEdit will not let you use Apply Filter For Cleaning anymore. You must use his Quick Auto Clean instead. Which is why I quit updating the tool.

Ah sorry i found the mods that are Red, its Brumahearthland , DLC integration Patch and LC build your Noble house

Now that you have the conflicts, you will need to click on the plus sign next to each mod in Red, and find out what record entries are conflicting, Keep clicking on the plus sign next to each record in red, until you get to the final record entry, then report back.

 

DLC Intergration Project, edits leveled lists, so the conflict may be Leveled Lists, a Bash Patch will fix this conflict if that is indeed the conflict.

Open it, scroll all the way to the bottom on the left pane window, Right click on Bash Patch,0 - Select Rebuild Patch - Click on ok on the window that popsup, then on the Next Window, click on Build Patch.
