Would this work?

and by this I mean would it be possible to change the names inside an esp, a pex, and potentially a psc, along with the file names to match and still have it work? I ask because I found out a mod I like works with special edition but due to the name of the script file it conflicts with another mod I like to use. I'm running moonlight tales and this other mod uses a PlayerWerewolfChangeScript.pex, which causes moonlight tales to not work entirely, I'm wondering if it's possible to change the name PlayerWerewolfChangeScript.pex to something else, as well as any instance of that name in the esp and possibly psc so they match the new name and still have it work. I would really like to have both of these mods work in conjunction so any help would be appreciated.

probably not, as both scripts would need to be applied to the same actor, this will inevitably cause a conflict.

regardless of what the script is called, both of them scripts would be applied to same record entry, so whatever mod is lower in the load order, will override the 1 higher in the load order.

you could of course potentially duplicate the werewolf actor, but then this would require you to open the respective mod, and point to the new actor.
