No downloads

This problem started last night, but today it is absolutely ridiculous. I have been unable to access ANY downloads today. I keep getting error messages that the file does not exist. These are not new files and should be accessible. Sometimes it will say that the file is Hidden, and when I try it again a few seconds later, VIOLA it is there. The other issue that keeps cropping up is that the description of mods is not loading or the files won't show up, and I have keep trying and trying to even get the information to show up on the page. Don't know if this is being caused because the Nexus site is overwhelmed or what it is, but it is becoming extremely frustrating! Can someone please let me know if there is a problem with the site or if the problem is being looked into? Thanks a lot everyone.

If you read the news on the main page what happened is fully explained.

The man who runs the show went on holidays thinking Dawnguard wouldnt be out till after he got back but they brought it out while he was gone and the Nexus got over loaded now hes is fixing it.

Nexus was undergoing an upgrade during the surprise release of Dawngard and that's whys the trouble on the site. Dark0ne is working on it and, hopefully, will have things under control soon. I've found that patience and perseverance have overcome all of the problems that I've run into. Just hang tight.

Thanks for the replies everyone, it is just so rare to run into that kind of an issue with this site, I was worried I had screwed something up big time. I hope Dark0ne at least had time to enjoy his holiday?
