masternoxx Posted April 8, 2019 Share Posted April 8, 2019 I don't think Redguards or Orcs can read,Nords can barely read probably, they read at more of a Beavis and Butthead level,Followed by most Imperials who many are edumacated in Cyrodil,and then Elves who are great readerers.
