Help! Really dumb script in place

I started a new playthrough recently, I have a really short modlist this time and just wanted to actually complete the major quest lines (for once), I also added a mod that allows me to give myself a perk that doubles all incoming XP, because I dont want to spend time on leveling this time around, but around level 25 a script began adding in one or more Restored Crusaders Armor items (which weigh a hefty 30 lbs) every time I enter combat and automatically equipping it on my character who is a light armor build so as you can imagine the ensuing fight goes poorly for me. Anyways, I need to figure out what mod keeps doing this, or find a way to just break the script, perhaps edit it so I get a coin or something that wont get me killed. Oh, and in case it helps, it will always say "Running Generic Level Up Test" in the corner just before it does it. Any ideas?

More Interesting Loot Remastered seems to be the mod. it has Crusader References along with Scripts attached to them (additem Scripts), so yea i am pretty sure this is the mod.

 

you have 2 options:

 

1. you can modify the actual weight of said items.

 

2. edit the script to give an item of choice instead (such as gold)

 

or

 

3. Remove the Mod, however this will not be ideal, as a New Game will be Mandatory.

 

both options are pretty simple to do, with option 1 being very easy to do and much quicker then editing scripts.

 

Note: to Edit the Script will require The Creation Kit

 

Note: To Edit the Weight of Said armor, Can be Done Via xEdit or the Creation Kit. recommend this option as xEdit is much quicker then the Creation Kit. and you also prevent the possiblilty of messing up the mod, if you was to go the Editing Script Route.

Thank you PYROSTORM, I'll try editing the script because equipping gold isnt nearly ad big an issue as equipping trash but not weighty armor.
