N0_Camping4U
Howdy everyone. First post here. Long time modder, back in the ol copy and paste days. I just got back into Skyrim and decided to try Vortex. Got it all up and running with help from Gopher tutorials on Youtube. Then I knew I needed SKSE64. I got that. Read the readme. Certain I did the Vortex install and SKSE install correctly. Installed my 2 first mods - Live another life: Alternate start and SkyUI. Essentials. However, when I go to launch via SKSE64.. Nothing happens. Vortex isn't giving me any warnings at all. Switching the load orders does nothing.. Any advice?
HadToRegister
If you did the skse install correctly you should have a skse_loader.exe along with some new dlls in your game root folder
N0_Camping4U
I do have it in the correct place. The readme states that the SKSE contents should be where the default Skyrim launcher is. I made sure to put it there. I've used SKSE years ago and had no problems. I feel like a noob because I've modded this game with 150+ mods successfully in the past. And now I can't even get two mods running together in Vortex....
