Niborino9409
Hi, I sometimes want to add a link in a piece of text for mod descriptions and the like but whenever I get too close to the edge/go over the edge of the hyperlink window, it closes. It would be better if the only way to remove the window was with the X in the corner, rather than the slightest nudge outside the window instantly closing it. I.E. I want to manually close the window rather than it auto closing if my cursor goes outside the small window. Pickysaurus
Hi Niborino, I can agree this is a little bit frustrating. It's something we'll keep in mind for next time we're looking at the mod editing tools. Thanks for the feedback.
Niborino9409
Realized I could add a GIF to show what I meant. Might be tricky to see but I do not click when I go outside the window, it auto closes if I get outside the box when highlighting to remove the "http://". Also, why is that there? If there was no "http://" there it would go faster to paste stuff in without having to remove it first. Edited June 4, 2019 by Niborino9409
Pickysaurus
I agree with you. I've taken to using Ctrl + A and Delete to remove the stuff already in the text box.
Niborino9409
That's a good strategy, but wouldn't it be easier for the box to not disappear like it does?
JimboUK
Yeah that is really annoying, I've taken to selecting the text from left to right, there's less chance of the mouse moving off the box that way.
