OgdenMorrowind
Hi, I'm new here, and although it's probably a topic done to death, I'm looking to get back into Morrowind with a new Mod set as it used to be my favorite game. I have the GOTYE and Acer - Nitro 5 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti - so not top of the line, but I'm looking for a mod set that will be compatible with those specs. (please let me know if any other info is required) I've played with some mods since my reintroduction, but mostly just to see houses (still looking for a nice small place with transportation, and storage and display, but not huge or fancy) and test some things, but I was hoping to do a revamp. Before, on my old machine, stuff like better bodies scared me because I didn't think my old machine could handle it, but I think this new one will. 2ND EDIT*: If this thread is a faux pas because it has been already done so many times or something, kindly post a link to threads where it has already been discussed, so I can read them. :Also open to suggestions of new races or classes, well … generally anything to improve the experience and make it new. Thanks in advance! EDIT: ALSO PLEASE: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PATCHES ARE NECESSARY- PLEASE ADVISE *- re-added because this was an important point to me, but I ill advisedly worded it with a reference to a specific poster Edited April 26, 2019 by OgdenMorrowind

OgdenMorrowind
WHY? Why wouldn't anyone tell me THIS* exists? Found it by a random search mentioned in a Reddit post. Man I hate going to Reddit. * - https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Morrowind_graphics_guide

RainingSoulz
I came to this forum looking for this thread and like your OP states expecting to see it done to death, but I only see this thread. You found a great resource for graphics, but I'm much more interested in content mods. I saw the list on the nexus wiki, but I thought it was lacking.I have slowly been growing a list of compatible mods, but it would be great to share with other people, and would probably grow the list a lot quicker. Sorbitur facility also works on that list. I'm running an outdated TR, I don't know if the newest version would change anything compatibility wise. The LGNPC set ads so much more depth an immersion to the game, and IMO it maintained that vanilla feel perfectly. An absolute must. Giants Ultimate is my favorite creature mod. Oluhan is one of my favorite quest mods. It has 3 fully fledged paths for thief, mage and fighter, it's a good story, and your choices truly have consequences. It can ad some instability though, avoid "hit markers". If you know how to clean a save with wryemash or another program I highly recommend it, and think it's worth the occasional crash, but if you can't it's probably best left off your list. The Lamp is another great quest mod. It's fairly short, but it's just so cool! Havish was also very cool, I remember it being slightly buggy, but definitely playable. d2 items and loot well urned ad a nice variety to the items in the world.I'm sure many people have much better and more impressive lists, but since I don't see them, maybe this can at least be a starting point for someone.
