Photoshop (adobe), or Paintshop (corel) will open them. There are also file converters available, that will convert .dcx to some understandable format for whatever program you happen to be using. I don't know if Gimp understand .dcx or not....

i tried to open with photoshop and i couldnt, wrong file type, what do i do?
