TheStrictNein
LAA (Only if your system has 3 or more gb of RAM) - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/6510 Fallout Stutter Remover (Doesn't technically increase FPS, but does make the game run smoother) - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8886 Fake Fullscreen (Makes the game think it is running in windowed mode yet makes it appear fullscreen - You need to go into your Fallout Launcher options and turn on windowed mode for it to work) - http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/41381
BlackRampage
LessRocks.espSeriously consider trying something like Clean-Deluxe instead.
TomSawyer
And such mods costs atmosphere instead of fps. ^^
7thsealord
And such mods costs atmosphere instead of fps. ^^ If the game is glitching and hanging because the computer can't keep up, that hurts the atmosphere a lot worse, IMO.

TomSawyer
Well, if you cant handle F3 INSIDE a building, which costs realy not much fps, then you need realy a new computer instead of playing with a calculator. ;) Edited August 20, 2012 by TomSawyer
E3245
Well, if you cant handle F3 INSIDE a building, which costs realy not much fps, then you need realy a new computer instead of playing with a calculator. ;) It runs smoothly inside interiors. The only problem is when I am in the wasteland/exterior. LAA (Only if your system has 3 or more gb of RAM) - http://fallout3.nexu...s.com/mods/6510 I already figured out how to make Fallout 3 run with 2+ gigabytes of ram.
