What seems to be the problem anyway?

You could try to describe the issue. Putting a retexed model in game shouldn't prove that difficult.

This is not quite a retext

The Skull,Chest and the Claws were added and merged in Blender .

A little Question now...

how the weight paint should look like on an armor ?

I think that might be the problem ,since my armor is mostly RED in the Weight paint mode in Blender .

It looks pretty nice.

I've posted an article to all the tutorials that I know about for Rigging / Skinning in Blender

You also have to make sure your .blend file has a correctly imported armature (skeleton) so it will export correctly when you create your NIF file.

:thanks:

It might take a while until I'll understand how this Rigging/Skinning works

I don't have much time for modding but I learned the basics well-enough in the two months I was working on the Mandalorian Armor mod.

The hardest part with that armor for me was the shoulders. The sleeves were physically separated from the shirt and I had all kinds of problems keeping them from tearing apart and showing the insides. I eventually just sewed them together as a single piece. Rigging the helmet, gloves, pants and shoes was no problem whatsoever. Well, the gas line along the arm was tricky and I had to add more verts to keep it from looking really bad when playing various animations.
