Zarmane
Hello there, I'm having a slight issue with the Creation Kit. I'm making my own followers and such, but the warpaints on my costum made NPC's and their face color dosn't show up in game, How can I solve this issue? JanusForbeare
I've run into a similar issue before... the Dunmer have access to a "Boethiah tattoo" in vanilla, though as far as I know, it isn't used in-game. When I tried to apply it to a character, it simply didn't show up. I never did solve that issue. Are you having problems getting any warpaint to work, or just specific designs? nuska
It's a bug in the CK, warpaints don't show on NPCs. There really isn't a workaround for it, though some people have been using the external NPC editor available on the Nexus. I personally never got it to load up my ESPs. Kraeten
save your npc close CK open it again highlight your npc then push ctrl+f4 This did not work for me at all : /Any other ideas? The ctrl+F4 does work, the problem is people seem to consistently leave out one extremely important detail. When you select your NPC you MUST do it from the object window. Specifically, from the actor folder. If you select your NPC from ALL nothing will happen when you press ctrl+F4 Best of luck on your mod mate, hope this helps. I have been able to get other NPCs warpaint to display except for one of them. I am using CTRL+F4 from the Object Window>Actors>Actor and it is NOT saving/displaying the warpaint in game. What gives??? Edited April 28, 2013 by Arlith83
HisEminenceJayfeather
What I find sad is that we must find these workarounds and circuitous methods just to get CK to work at all.
