Joshico
Alright, like the title said, which game do you prefer Fallout 3/NV or Skyrim? If you prefer that game list why and why you don't prefer the other, etc, etc.. Personally for me I prefer Fallout 3, it was dark, gritty and overall the most F***ed up game I ever played, it was rather depressing to be honest  (PS: Don't know if there was a similar one and I apologize if there is.) Tvrgdebx
I think you should wait till they release Fallout 4 next year or in 2014, but I Skyrim is just to epic not to buy and also their's dawnguard, a fun addition to Skyirm
DieNowIdiots
I prefer Fallout 3 due to it being a shooter and more developed. I love its storyline. didn't like their DLC's much but i don't like any of any other game's DLC's other than Oblivion's Shivering Isles. Also with mods you can make Fallout 3 look as epic as skyrim. Blu02
I prefer Skyrim or any Elder Scrolls game. It's so much more interesting and epic, and the engine handle that type of gameplay a lot better. I played Fallout 3 for a while and really tried to like it, since I love apocalyptic styles and the odd humor of Fallout. But the world just feels so empty and boring compared to ES-games, and the character feels clumsy. I lost interest after two attempts and haven't even bothered with New Vegas yet, eventhough I bought it around release.
Rabbit1251
Oblivion. I prefer the swords and sorcey games myself although the Fallout games are fun, too. Rabbit
Handofbane
Of the choices given? New Vegas, without a doubt. I like to get actual roleplay in my RPGs.
esmo
Recent Fallouts are only shadows compared to 1 and 2. Everybody knows, Fallout 2 had some of the most epic dialogue and story ever made.
gsmanners
As far as designing around the limitations of the engine goes, FNV was the worst. In every other aspect, FNV was by far the best. FNV had the best storylines. FNV was the most creative, the most humorous, the most terrible in some ways. The world design, however, made far too much demand on the engine. The Air Force Base, in particular, was very problematic. It was also far more sordid than the other two. I mean, good luck finding any hint of sex in FO3 or Skyrim. In FNV, you have hookers dancing in front of casinos. You have to give them bonus points for doing that, surely.
sinnerman69
I have both Fallout goty and NV ultimate edition, but do to the poor engine it uses to run those games and it's constant CTD's even without mod's, I don't think I'll play them anymore, skyrim has a much more stable game and no CTD's if you combine and monitor mods carefully!.. I hope that Fallout 4 has the same engine interface as skyrim
PonchoSam
I prefer New Vegas. I found FO3 to be too much of just rocks. There were very few settlements, and they were all pretty minor. The biggest city was rivet city, which didn't hold a candle up to New Vegas. Bear in mind though that I got bored of it before I had a chance to get any of the DLC. However, New Vegas is very intensive on my system for what it is, and the bugs/ctd'ing made it unplayable. I guess I prefer the Fallout universe to the Elder Scrolls universe, but Skyrim is much more stable and efficient.
